Chef/Owner Mike Ding opened Mori with the intent of serving exceptional Asian cuisine in a less formal setting. Bringing over a decade of experience from Michelin-starred and fine dining restaurants as well as a passion for food, Mori is the embodiment of a love of both fine food and casual setting.
